Our Office Admissions Coordinator oversees the daily work of our office; assists staff with office needs; works with prospective students and parents to learn more about our school; and assists current and former students with paperwork and other applicable needs. This person must be highly organized and thorough, and knowledgeable about office protocol. We are looking for someone with strong people skills who enjoys a friendly environment.

The position is Monday to Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible additional hours as needed.

Duties:

The day-to-day activities include creating letters, answering phone calls, telling people about our school, making up payment plans, working with Excel spreadsheets, working on Google Drive, assisting our Instructors with paperwork, working on reports, assisting the President and Vice-President on special projects, and keeping a friendly atmosphere for the school.
This is an hourly position, depending on your skill level.
